Courier services tend to be the fastest transportation option for local deliveries within New York City. We are connected to some of the most reliable local courier companies, with access to vehicles of all sizes and a network of dependable drivers to ensure safe, same-day delivery of your prints.
We primarily ship domestically via FedEx and will send your packages out via Ground, unless 2-Day or Overnight is requested. We make sure to fully insure all packages in the event of unexpected accidents and are prepared to handle all claims, follow-up, and replacements. If there is an issue with delivery, we ask that clients please document all damage to the package for claims purposes.
We can ship to anywhere in the world, primarily through FedEx, and others upon request. We work hard to collaborate and communicate with our clients and their collectors to figure out the best way to send a package overseas, and are mindful of tracking deliveries as they go through customs.
We can insure international packages, at higher shipping rates, which we will discuss beforehand in the event of damage or loss. If there is an issue with delivery, we ask that clients please document all damage to the package for claims purposes.

Worldwide shipping quotes are subject to both higher rates and fluctuation at the discretion of shipping companies. VAT Tax or other Customs Duties per country can also be unpredictable and we do our best to address these added costs when we provide you with a quote. In the particular case of worldwide shipping, please be prepared with all the necessary information needed about the package recipient so that we may generate the most accurate quote possible at the time.
Customs Duty is a tax amount applied to all goods that are transported over international borders. Customs Duties are dependent on the type of good being transported, with each type of good having a unique tariff code.
VAT is a “value-added” tax applied on top of Customs Duty, that is calculated upon assessment of an item or service’s value, or increased value.
We stock the highest quality archival materials to safely enclose your print, and provide added protection for packing, handling, and shipping.
Your prints will either be placed in Archival Methods clear sleeves, or wrapped and rolled in protective glassine and butcher paper. The triple ply corrugated cardboard we use is as strong as wood at a fraction of the weight. Additional packing materials such as bubble wrap, tissue, or paper will be used to secure your work in its package during handling and transport.
