This Story Policy outlines the terms of the online Brooklyn Editions Store. Brooklyn Editions Inc. remains the right to change and update the terms and conditions in this policy at any time, at our sole discretion.

Returns and Refunds
All sales made through the online Brooklyn Editions store are final. Brooklyn Editions Inc. will not accept returns of any kind.
In the event of damage done by the shipping carrier to items bought from the online Brooklyn Editions Store, the studio will work towards a replacement of the item. Full replacements at no-cost to the customer will only be issued if the customer is able to provide the necessary documentation for an insurance claim with the carrier.
Brooklyn Editions Inc. will only issue refunds in the event that damaged orders absolutely cannot be replaced, despite full efforts from the customer and studio.
Shipping
Brooklyn Editions will work to fulfill all confirmed orders within 2-5 business days. Shipment notifications will be sent out via email to the customer that includes carrier and tracking information. In the event of any foreseen delay in fulfillment, customers will be notified.
Brooklyn Editions Inc. reserves the right to select which carrier to send orders by. Brooklyn Editions Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect shipment or delivery information provided by the customer. Once orders have left the Brooklyn Editions studio and tracking information is provided to the customer, Brooklyn Editions Inc. no longer remains responsible for the package. It is the customer's duty to track their package and remain available to contact by delivery carriers if needed.
In the event of lost or damaged packages, it is the customer's duty to hold onto damaged items and contact our studio at info@brooklyneditions.com to begin the insurance claim process for replacement.
Payment Processing
The online Brooklyn Editions store processes payments through Stripe integration with Webflow's Ecommerce platform. Orders cannot be placed and paid for through any alternate method of payment.
Sales Channels
The products and items listed on the online Brooklyn Editions Store can be brought from and sold by the online Brooklyn Editions Store, or official Brooklyn Editions channels only. Brooklyn Editions Inc. may choose to advertise products online via official Brooklyn Editions channels only.
Brooklyn Editions Inc. does not give permission to any third-party retailer to sell and/or collect fees on any product or item listed on the online Brooklyn Editions Store. Brooklyn Editions Inc. is not liable for and/or responsible for shipping out any products or items bought through third-party and unverified retailers.
Applicable Taxes
Brooklyn Editions Inc. is based in Brooklyn, New York and will tax all products sold domestically according to state and city regulations.
All international orders delivered abroad can be subject to customs tax, duties, or VAT. This additional charge will be billed to the receiver of the package, and Brooklyn Editions Inc. will not be responsible for paying for such charges.
Packaging
Brooklyn Editions Inc. will package all orders according to their own best practices. Our studio does not take custom packaging requests at this time.
Coupons, Promotions, Discounts
Any coupons, promotions, or discounts for any item sold on the online Brooklyn Editions Store will be provided through official Brooklyn Editions Inc. channels only. Any coupons, promotions, or discounts provided through third party or outside resources will not be valid or accepted.
Copyright
The copyright and intellectual property of all artwork sold and distributed through the online Brooklyn Editions store rightfully belongs to the original artist. All artwork that is sold and distributed through the online Brooklyn Editions Store is done so through a contract between each original artist and Brooklyn Editions Inc.
Any purchase of any artwork sold through the online Brooklyn Editions store does not grant the purchaser or receiver any copyright or intellectual property right of the artwork. Any unverified reproduction of artwork will be fully investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Brooklyn Editions Inc. will never sell, loan, distribute, or print any work without explicit permission from the artist. In turn, each artist who prints, sells, and distributes work through Brooklyn Editions Inc. agrees that they are the copyright holder of all artworks attributed to them. Brooklyn Editions is not liable for any content that infringes on another party's copyright. All prints, scans, and final files retain intellectual property ownership by the artist, and the Brooklyn Editions studio is to be held harmless in the event of any discrepancy.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to cancel any order, or blacklist contact with any individual, all at our sole discretion.
